* rash did not get better after stopping lamisil
  * started 4-4-4 3-3-3 2-2 1-1 of 10 mg daily is 27 tablets
  * the above is really 40-40-40 30-30-30 20-20 10-10 in mg.
  * 4-4-4 3-3-3 2-2 1-1 of 5 mg daily is 54 tablets

===== 9/5/2025 =====

* Started 444-333-22-11 of 5mg prednisone today
  * back of head had itchy bumps
  * neck and crotch were inflamed.
  * Can already feel the result at 5pm.

* Found out today that I have been approved for free Duplixent since July.
  * Pharmacy number is 844 773 1424

* Geary has me on 444-333-22-11 10 mg prednisone
  * I have oneline 5mg pills

* took last pills today
  * lotion seems to help
  * back to 175+ in weight

* alternating 10 and 5 mg daily
  * back to 175+ in weight

* still taking 10 mg prednisone
  * have not needed to use cream on back

===== 1/21/2022 =====

* last course of prednisone ended yesterday.
  * now taking 10mg/day with white cream twice a day

===== 1-11-2021 =====

* 5mg not getting it done even with greasy cream.
  * It's been37 days since last course of 444-333-22-11 ended 12/12 
  * Getting refills at CVS today

* started taking 5mg prednisone every day
  * amanda says probably ok. hlf like in 16 hours.

===== 12-30-2021 =====

* last course of pill ended 12/12
  * started taking 5mg prednisone every 2 days 12/14
  * still very itchy, especially scalp
  * started taking 10mg prednisone very 2 days 12/28

===== 12-3-2021 =====

* went to see Geary for the last time
  * no pill for 30 days.
  * very itchy though greasy cream helped.
  * started pills again

===== 7-16-2021 =====

* folliculitis still there but no infections
  * not a food allergy
  * skin tags not aggravated by steroids
  * no to wart remover
  * vaseline steroid the strongest
  * no tolerance buildup with steriods
  * have eczma on head and ears
  * baby shampoo and white dove soap
  * used liquid nitrogen on back mole and arm tags
  * gave me 10 mg prednisone. 4 for 3 days. 3 for 3 days. 2 for 2 days. 1 for 2 days.
  * cortisone 2.5 for ears
  * 2 tabs of fluconazole for follculitis on chest.
  * use steroid on neck and shoulders as necessary.

===== 7-2-2021 =====

* rash on chest now has infected pimples
  * geary says I have folliculitis.
  * gave me doxycycline.

===== 6-25-2021 =====

* Went to Geary.
  * He said I have eczma.
  * gave me very greasy steroid cream

===== 5-1-2021 =====

* Got a rash on my neck about 1 May when the weather warmed up. Suspected heat rash.
  * Used OTC cortisone cream which didn't help much.
  * Suspected lice or bedbugs.
  * Washed all bedding and clothes in hot water and scent free detergent.
  * Went to see Dr Mike Wilson ~15 May.
  * He gave me a shot of cortisone and 5 days of prednisone.
  * Rash came back about two weeks later.
  * Stopped using the towels at the pool.
  * I tried to let it burn itself out but it spread to my chest and back.
  * Went back to Dr. Wilson June 15th and he repeated the treatment.
  * Stopped going to the pool June 14th. Didn't help.
  * Pool people said no change in pool chemicals.
  * Rash came back earlier this week.
